Perry Barrow, Founder of W3 Sourcing & BrightCrew​
Perry’s career began in Banking Sales, Client Advisory and Executive Search having worked with BT & Lloyds Banking Group in the UK and Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore. Perry also served as Country Manager for a Private Equity fund specialised in investing in Recruitment Agencies.
In 2014, Perry founded First Global Direct, an Executive Search firm, and subsequently established sister companies, W3 Sourcing, specializing in sales lead generation, appointments, marketing, and event services and BrightCrew, focusing on global virtual talent outsourcing.
Since 2017, we have partnered with emerging AI technology companies to evolve our tech stack and deliver faster and more effective solutions for our valued clients.

Perry also serves as a Board Member for the Singapore Chapter of the Asia & Global CEO Communities, a global network of 21,000 Executive CEOs and business owners.
In addition to these roles, Perry regularly organizes and speaks at events on topics such as investing, executive search, outsourcing, and AI technology.
